OpenKiosk’s software is available under two licensing models: open source and commercial licensing.

OpenKiosk libraries and daemon programs are free software licensed under AGPLv3. The user is allowed to modify and redistribute OpenKiosk software as long as the user adheres to the terms of AGPLv3.

Businesses and enterprises who wish to incorporate OpenKiosk software into proprietary appliances or other commercial software products for re-distribution must licence commercial versions.
